I assume you learned about the weekly ChartStorm through Twitter or perhaps StockTwits, but either way, you probably are aware that I have a small research firm called Topdown Charts (my story). With that firm I provide global macro/multi-asset research to fund managers and institutional investors.
Given that Substack makes things very easy on the admin side, I have decided to launch an entry-level or “entrée“ version of what I do at Topdown Charts.
This is actually in response to a number of requests that I’ve received for me to do something like this, and I think it’s safe to assume that given you follow the ChartStorm, you probably will be at least somewhat interested in this...
Check it out here: https://topdowncharts.substack.com/
Seems interesting, what’s in it?
This article explains the differences between this new service and my main service.
The Substack service comprises:
Full Access to the Report Archives
Ability to Post Questions and Comments
Inventory/listing of live ideas
I've been consulting with a number of people to get the service into shape and ready for human consumption, and I'm happy to say it's now open for business (but of course, also still open to feedback!).
So I would appreciate it if you took a look at it or indeed if it's not for you perhaps forwarding this on to any colleagues/friends you think might be interested.
I have a sample report available, but otherwise the easy option is to take up a monthly subscription and if you find it's not right you can cancel later.
The main benefits I seek to deliver with this service are:
-access a flow of interesting ideas and insights
-don't miss key risks lurking off your radar
-stay up to date with major macro themes
-keep in touch with what I'm doing on the main service
-receive an interesting selection of exclusive charts
Hope to see you there as a subscriber!
Sincerely,
Callum Thomas
